Radical acceptance rests on letting go of the illusion of control and a willingness to notice and accept things as they are right now, without judging.

...and just by being here, you're already in the process of moving forward and gaining acceptance.

Many issues and struggles do not pass with ease. This could be some of the hardest work you've ever done, but it is so incredibly worth it!

Rest assured, you've made it to the right place.

Through individual therapy sessions, we will work together on any concerns or struggles you are experiencing.

It is my goal to support you in connecting with yourself and others through self-exploration and acceptance. I aim to bring humor to building rapport, while maintaining a warm, curious, and non-judgmental environment.

Areas of Specialization

We do not need to alter our bodies despite what we have been taught. Rather, we need to nurture a healthier and more connected relationship with our bodies and our true selves. A place of body respect and trust is possible, and you are worth the work.

Eating disorders appear differently in every individual, but what they have in common is a loss of self. You can learn to identify and understand the function of your eating disorder, and repair your relationship with food and your body.

Anxiety looks different for each person and situation, but chances are you struggle to observe what is happening in the moment. You can learn to slow your thoughts and take the appropriate action, allowing you to feel in control of your actions again.
